How I work?

Every traveler plans differently. Some clients come to me with a simple idea, while others already have cruises, tours, or tentative plans in mind. My role is to help organize the details, answer questions, and stay involved throughout the planning process.

Initial consultation

We start with a conversation about your plans, priorities, and ideas. There's no obligation - just a chance to see if we're a good fit.

Planning & recommendations

This is where the research begins. We’ll work together to choose the options that best fit your travel style, priorities, and budget. If you’ve already chosen some of your trip components, I’ll help fine-tune the details and fill in the gaps.

Booking & Monitoring

Once we've settled on the details, I'll handle the bookings and keep an eye on them afterward. If something changes or an opportunity arises, I'll be there to help determine whether it makes sense to make an adjustment.

Ongoing support

My service doesn't end with booking. Through your personal travel app, you'll have access to your trip details and documents in one place, while I remain available throughout the planning process and beyond.

What does it cost?

For most travelers, there is no separate charge for my services.

Travel suppliers build commissions into their base pricing. When you book through me, the supplier pays me after your travel is completed, so there’s no separate charge for my planning, booking, or support.
If you choose to book directly, you’re paying that same built-in cost without getting the benefit of professional guidance.
There are rare situations where a fee may apply. If so, we’ll discuss and agree on it before any work begins.
Your initial consultation is a good time to talk about whether your trip falls into that category.
